“Today, my son and I were about to enter the gym when one of the ladies who teaches Group Fitness, who was also entering the gym, said to me, "You must be very proud of yourself." I said, "Why's that?" She continued with "How you have transformed your body? You look great." I was shocked. I have to admit that I am surprised on how well this is working. Who is J.J. Flizanes and Invisible Fitness?
